struck will be continuing to exploit young underprivileged creatives this summer and beyond! above is a set of ads that we just released last week to promote our internship program. there are no specific dates attached to your time here and you will be paid. we’re looking for everyone from interactive designers and developers to print designers and especially writers.
the copy reads “Agencies are hard to get into. That’s where we come in. Writers, print designers, interactive developers and designers send your book to internships@struckcreative.com Wrong Turn 3 divx
“. so do it.
two huge thumbs up from this ex-intern!
feel free to use/exploit me as a reference for any whippersnapper looking to apply. i’d be happy to answer any questions for ‘em.
keep it real guys
I’m shameless and I’m doing my best to bug everyone at Struck into giving me an opportunity. I know I’m not some super-crazy-amazing designer/developer…yet. Is 26 too old to be an intern? Oh well. I’ll keep trying.
Other qualifications:
Tall – I can reach things on the top shelf for Struckers
Strong and intense – I can be sent on missions to other agencies to “encourage” them to forgo competition with Struck
Polish – umm…I don’t really know what benefits that brings. We were taken over by the same country twice.
Good genes – my dad invented the Slurpee straw and those clear dome lids
Nike Employee Store – I might be able to lean on some contacts and get the Portland Struckers into the Nike Employee Store for some crazy deals. (Although, your relationship with Adidas might make that shopping trip hard.)
The Force – is strong with this one. I even have a cat named Chewbaca and a dog named Leia. No, I’m not joking :)
Anyways, I’m just hanging out trying to figure out a really cool way to utilize a queueloader in AS3. If you’re bored or need something on a high shelf, give me a call.
