So recently I took the ride of terror on the bob sled at the Winter Sports Park. WOW (not World of Warcraft WOW) but WOW as in amazing. My wife increases our life insurance policy and then I get a B-Day present to go bob sledding (interesting… interesting). A 54 second ride of terror that had me holding on for dear life. We almost hit 80 MPH and I would have liked to look around, but my head was being pelted into the guys back in front of me at the tune of 6 G’s. Other than that it was a rush. It was cool and to top it all off the guy to the left (our driver) is Pat Brown. Who is Pat Brown? If you have seen the movie Cool Runnings about the Jamaican bob sled team then you know John Candy played a coach named Pat Brown. It’s a small world after all.

It’s not all about the great outdoors and the scenery. This may be removed for that comment. There is football life that breathes through the walls of Struck. We do have some Bear fans, a lonesome Giants fan, and of course a die-hard Cowboy’s fan. Yes the boys are smiling this year at 5-1. Plus having bragging rights around the office after the boys dismantled the giants and the Cubs is a plus. This picture was taken last year when my wife and I went to the Cowboys-Colts game.
