Ryan and I headed up to British Columbia for a week long downhill biking trip, only one trip to the emergency room… so it was pretty good. It was great to have some high quality sushi, and riding progression was made by all. Big thanks to Jesse from Seattle for putting us up a couple nights, it was great to see my old intern. The pictures speak a lot better than I do….
